Used Mats
Quality Mat Company offers a wide selection of used mats including our laminated, interlocking and crane mats, as well as our rig and eco mats. In fact, we have over 100,000 used mats in our inventory at any given time to ensure we meet the demands of every job size. We offer four grades of used mats:
Like-New
- Mats that have been used for 6 months or less
- Timbers and rods are solid
- No missing rods
- May be slightly discolored
A-Grade Used Mats
- In-use for less than 12 months
- Timbers and rods are solid
- No missing rods or timbers
- Slightly more discolored or worn than Like-New
B-Grade Used Mats
- Mats with one or two more job-use cycles
- Rods maintain integrity but may be bent
- Timbers have more wear and discoloration than A grade used mats
- B grade mats are to be used as a base for smaller or light-duty lifts, or in areas needing multiple layers.
C-Grade Used Mats
- Oldest mats with significant wear and discoloration
- May have missing or bent rods
- May have missing or broken timbers
- Used as a filler in deep areas needing multiple layers, NOT recommended for Heavy equipment
