New Technology Makes a Stronger and Lighter Wooden Mat

Like our traditional rig mats, our pipeline mats are constructed with steel, full contact treated wood (interior) and Oak (entire top portion) Built with air wick channel (on bottom) and self-chocking (no need to chock separately) Oak stays above ground due to the mat chassis and internal treated wood increasing the Oak life by 3 -4 times. Grouser wear strips on the side to protect the Oak. The weight is around 2140# allowing you to carry 21 mats per truckload cutting your transportation cost by 40% .

In partnership with Dragon Products we have developed a patented pipeline mat. We have the ability to fill giant orders with a simple call. Pipeline mats have higher load values than conventional heavy equipment. And the expected life is 12 to 15 years. The result is a mat that provides significant savings in handling and shipping, while performing better in the field over a longer service life.
